Device black screen, fan working
Preliminary diagnosis: According to the configuration process, can "Lucky_ * * * *" be found through mobile phone or computer WiFi? If the device WiFi can be searched, it indicates that the device is normal.
Solution: Disassemble the device, re plug and unplug the screen cable, and confirm that the connection is good.
The device screen is displaying normally and the local WiFi is configured, but the device cannot be connected.

Confirmed the following matters:
- The WiFi of the connected router is 2.4G, not 5G (5G is not available);
- Confirm if the configured WiFi name and password are correct, including capitalization;
- The device should be close to the WiFi signal source and avoid being obstructed (metal obstructions are prohibited).
Unable to enter the web page, or the web page is unresponsive, the device needs to be reset
Reset strategy: Cut off the connection between the device's memory WiFi (original WiFi) and the device.
Reset Plan 1:
- Turn off the router (make the device cannot connect to the memory WiFi);
- Connect to device WiFi via mobile phone or computer (Lucky_ * * * *);
- Change the WiFi name on the device configuration page (modify memory);
- Save and restart;
- Start the router and reconfigure it.
Reset Plan 2:
- Move the device outside the original WiFi signal coverage range (disconnect);
- Connect to device WiFi via mobile phone or computer (Lucky_ * * * *);
- Change the WiFi name on the device configuration page (modify memory);
- Save and restart;
- Return to the original WiFi signal coverage range and reconfigure.
Successfully connected to the mining pool, receiving 0 tasks
Reason: After connecting to the mining pool, in order for the equipment to work properly, the computing power of the equipment needs to meet the workload of tasks issued by the mining pool. The higher the computing power, the more types of tasks the device can accept.
Mining pool rules: Different mining pools have different requirements for device access computing power. The computing power of access devices varies with different port numbers in the same mining pool.
Problem: When the device's computing power is less than the required access computing power of the mining pool, although the device is online, it cannot accept tasks issued by the mining pool, which is considered invalid access.
The equipment has extremely low computing power and is not working properly

Reason: Incorrect device parameter settings
Method: Go to the settings page and change the device parameters (frequency /kernel voltage)

a、LV05: Frequency not exceeding 475M, voltage 1500mV
b、LV06: Frequency not exceeding 575M, voltage 1300mV

Hashrate drops or device overheats after parameter adjustment ?
- Important Note:It is not recommended to manually adjust the frequency or voltage (use default settings).
- Overloading may reduce the device's lifespan or cause excessive heat.
Mining pool connection fails, but local status is normal ?
- Possible Causes: Some mining pools cannot be directly connected within certain regions, but local data updates normally.
- Solution:Check earnings through the wallet address or observer link in the mining pool backend.
Is it normal for the device to be noisy?
- Explanation:Testing environment interference may cause higher noise levels.
- Under normal usage, the noise level is approximately 55 decibels, which is within an acceptable range.
Lucky miner LV07
- Unable to access the configuration page after connecting to WiFi ?
- No earnings due to incorrect mining pool configuration ?
- Is it normal to have a low chance of winning?
Unable to access the configuration page after connecting to WiFi ?
- Possible Causes: WiFi on your phone/computer is not enabled, or the IP address is entered incorrectly.
- Solution:Ensure the device and your phone/computer are on the same network.
- Enter the IP address displayed on the device screen (e.g., 192.168.x.x) into your browser.
No earnings due to incorrect mining pool configuration ?
- Possible Causes: The mining pool address or port number is incorrect (e.g., missing port number).
- Solution:Enter the correct solo mining pool address (e.g., pool.vkbit.com) and port number (3333).
Is it normal to have a low chance of winning?
- Explanation:For LV07, the probability of winning with 1T hashrate in a year is 1/11786 (BTC).
- This is a lottery-style mining process, and earnings depend on random chance.
Lucky miner LV06
- Conflict with WiFi name memory function
- Hashrate is lower than expected, or unable to connect to the mining pool ?
- Incorrect multi-currency mining mode selected
Conflict with WiFi name memory function
- Possible Causes: The original WiFi network is not disconnected, preventing the new configuration from being saved.
- Solution:Turn off the original WiFi or move the device out of its signal range.
- Reconfigure the WiFi settings and use a different WiFi name.
Hashrate is lower than expected, or unable to connect to the mining pool ?
- Possible Causes: The device's hashrate is below the mining pool's requirements, or the parameters are incorrectly set.
- Solution:For LV06, the frequency must be ≤575M, and the voltage must be ≤1300mV.
- Use the web interface to check the real-time hashrate and adjust the parameters accordingly.
Incorrect multi-currency mining mode selected
- Possible Causes: The wrong mining pool was chosen for the algorithm (e.g., BTC requires a SHA-256 mining pool).
- Solution:Refer to the web interface to configure a mining pool that supports SHA-256 (e.g., pool.vkbit.com).
- Double-check the mining pool's port number.
Lucky miner LV03
- The device screen is black, and the fan is not spinning
- Unable to connect to the device after WiFi configuration
- Screen display issues or no signal
The device screen is black, and the fan is not spinning
- Possible Causes: The adapter output is abnormal, or there is a poor connection.
- Troubleshooting Steps:Check if the adapter indicator light is on.
- Use a multimeter to measure whether the DC head outputs 5V.
- Ensure that the DC socket, cable, and device connections are secure and not loose.
Unable to connect to the device after WiFi configuration
- Possible Causes: The WiFi signal is blocked, or there is a configuration error (e.g., incorrect password case).
- Solution:Ensure the device is close to the 2.4G WiFi source and free from metal obstructions.
- Double-check that the WiFi name and password are entered exactly as provided.
Screen display issues or no signal
- Possible Causes: Poor connection of the screen cable or hardware failure.
- Solution:Open the device and reconnect the screen cable. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
