1. Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

Unopened Products: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Defective/Used Products: Issues must be reported within 3 business days (excluding holidays) of delivery.

Non-returnable Items:

• Customized products
• Clearance/sale items marked as "Final Sale."

Before shipping, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Return Conditions

 

A. Unopened Products:

• Must be returned with the original packaging, labels, and all accessories.

Refund Process:

• A full refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal refunds typically take 3-5 business days).

B. Defective or Damaged Products:

• Any quality issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
• Please submit photo or video evidence to: service@luckyminerclub.com.
• If verified, we will offer a free replacement or repair.

3. Shipping Instructions

 

• Return Address: Please ship items to our designated warehouse (you will receive the return address after obtaining your RA number).
• International Customers: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
• Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure safe return delivery.

4. Refund Details

 

• Partial Refunds: May apply if returned items are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition.
• Promotions/Discounts: Refunds will exclude any original discounts or coupon values applied to the purchase.

5. Product Exchanges

 

Exchanges are limited to identical in-stock items only. Please contact us for approval before initiating an exchange.
