2. Shipping Options and Fees

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $500 to supported regions.
• Shipping Carriers:We use various logistics providers based on the delivery address. You will be informed of the carrier during checkout.

Paid Shipping Rates:

• ≤300g: Flat rate of $8
• 301 to 1kg: Flat rate of $15
• 1.01kg to 1.5kg: Flat rate of $20
• 1.51kg to 2kg: Flat rate of $30
• Over 2kg: Flat rate of $50

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Processing Time:Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays).

Delivery Time Estimates:

• United States: 7–15 business days (additional 2 days for remote areas).
• Canada: 10–15 business days (additional 5 days for some remote areas).
• Australia: 8–15 business days.
• United Kingdom and European Union countries: 7–15 business days (additional 2 days for remote areas).
• Russia: 10–15 business days (additional 5 days for some remote areas).
• Asian countries: 7–15 business days.
