These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and your purchase of products from Beijing Qianyuan Bit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luckyminerclub"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.  Agreement Structure

1.1 Applicable Products and Agreement Composition

These Sales Terms apply to all products sold and delivered by "Luckyminerclub" to customers or their representatives (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"). These Sales Terms, together with the order and order confirmation (if any), are collectively referred to as the "Agreement". Any conditions in the customer's order that contradict these terms, such as purchasing terms or other additional or referenced terms, will only apply if authorized in writing by an authorized personnel of "Luckyminerclub".

1.2 Customer Acceptance

Customers are deemed to have accepted these terms if they:

• Purchase products.

• Click an acceptance button, check an acceptance box online, or take similar acceptance actions.

• Provide written or oral consent.

• Accept delivery or partial delivery of products.

• Make payment or partial payment.

• Take other actions that constitute acceptance. The first of these actions to occur will prevail.

1.3 Product Usage

Products may be used for commercial and personal purposes.

2.Order and Order Confirmation

Upon receiving a customer order, "Luckyminerclub" will confirm it in accordance with our procedures. Customers acknowledge and accept order confirmations sent via email or other electronic interfaces. Customers may request a written order confirmation by contacting our customer service.

This website only accepts payments via PayPal. Full payment must be made in advance for "Luckyminerclub" to accept the order.

If payment is not received within the usual time frame for the selected payment method, "Luckyminerclub" has the right to:

• Suspend delivery of undelivered orders until payment is received.

• Terminate the Agreement. "Luckyminerclub" is not bound by this Agreement until full payment is received. Shipping fees may be charged separately upon delivery, and additional payments may be required for product delivery.

5.After-Sales Policy and After-Sales Time

5.1 After-Sales Policy

If customers find issues with their goods after receiving them, they must notify "Luckyminerclub" of obvious product problems within 3 days. "Luckyminerclub" will take the following after-sales measures based on the specific issue:

• If the product in the customer's order is incorrect or out of stock, we will resend the correct product.

• If the product is damaged during transportation, we will resend the corresponding product.

• For damaged low-value products, we will resend the product. For damaged high-value items, we will arrange for repair at the nearest service center.

• If technical products do not function properly, customers should take photos or videos within 3 days and send them to our technicians for confirmation. After confirmation, we will resend the product, and customers must return the faulty product. If the product is damaged due to unauthorized disassembly by the customer, "Luckyminerclub" will not provide after-sales service.

5.2 After-Sales Time

• For general products, we will confirm the issue within 2 days and inform customers of the solution, and resend the product within 7 days.

• If the product itself has technical issues confirmed by remote technicians, we will notify customers within 2 days to send the damaged product to the nearest service center. Repair time will be discussed based on the product's damage level. If the product cannot be repaired, we will resend it. When handling after-sales issues, we will judge the correctness of the product and identify tamper-proof marks based on photos and videos taken when the goods leave the warehouse.

6.Warranty

6.1 Warranty Scope

"Luckyminerclub" provides warranty services for delivered products. Damages caused by improper use, gross negligence, malicious acts, or fraud against suppliers are not covered by the warranty.

Customers should note:

• Product information and manufacturer descriptions represent the characteristics and condition of the product. Advertisements, slogans, and statements unrelated to these are not considered product characteristics.

• Customers must promptly inspect the product's quality and quantity and notify "Luckyminerclub" of obvious product problems within 3 days of receiving the product. If customers fail to fulfill this obligation, warranty claims will be invalid.

• If the product is defective, we will provide after-sales service according to our policy. Customers are responsible for moving the product to the repair point for repair.

6.2 Customer Obligations

Customers guarantee that the product will operate according to the published specifications after delivery and use the product in accordance with "Luckyminerclub"'s instructions, including the operating environment. Products are for indoor use only. Except for normal wear and tear or degradation outside the warranty scope, "Luckyminerclub" is not liable for defects caused by improper handling after the product risk is transferred to the customer.

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted without proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products with manufacturer defects will be replaced after issuing an RMA and returning the item at the customer's expense. If the warranty is voided due to modifications, power issues, lightning strikes, voltage surges, water damage, or corrosion in a humid environment, or if "Luckyminerclub" cannot replace or repair parts affected by a manufacturer's discontinuation notice, customers have no right to request a refund or compensation.

When initiating after-sales service via email or other electronic interfaces, customers should describe the problem in detail and provide relevant photos, videos, or other content.

7.Limitation of Liability

7.1 Remedies for Warranty Claims

"Luckyminerclub"'s liability under this Agreement is limited to the warranty. The sole remedy for warranty claims is to redeliver a new product or repair the defective product. Customer complaints must be raised within the specified time; otherwise, customers waive all related claims. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for unapproved returns.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

"Luckyminerclub"'s liability is limited to the value of the single product that caused the liability. "Luckyminerclub" is not liable for damages caused by the product.

7.3 Indirect or Special Damages

"Luckyminerclub" is not liable for indirect or special damages, such as production losses, profit losses, or business losses, or losses caused by the customer's obligation to compensate third parties.

8.Delivery Terms

8.1 Delivery Address

Products will be delivered to the customer's specified delivery address unless otherwise agreed. Customers have no right to refuse products, withdraw or cancel orders, or demand compensation for delivery delays.

8.2 Delivery Time

• General products in stock will be delivered within 2-3 days after payment and order confirmation.

• General products requiring restocking will be delivered at the latest within 5-7 days.

• Products requiring testing (such as customized products, repaired products) will consider the testing time (2 days) and arrange for delivery after testing. For large orders, the testing time may be extended, and the warehouse will arrange delivery as soon as possible.

8.3 Force Majeure

If force majeure (such as strikes, floods, fires, wars, riots, transportation disruptions, etc.), shortages, production accidents, or events affecting the supply chain occur, "Luckyminerclub" may extend the delivery period or cancel the order without liability.

9.Termination

If the customer violates this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 30 calendar days after receiving written notice, "Luckyminerclub" has the right to terminate and revoke approved orders or the entire Agreement. If the customer:

• Ceases business activities.

• Suspends payments.

• Enters liquidation or reorganization proceedings.

• Begins settlement negotiations with creditors.

• Is reasonably considered insolvent for any other reason. "Luckyminerclub" may also terminate the Agreement immediately.

10.Intellectual Property

 "Luckyminerclub" does not provide any guarantee against intellectual property infringement. All logos, trademarks, and product names on the products are protected by intellectual property rights. Without prior written approval from "Luckyminerclub", customers may not use, copy, or display these contents. Customers may not remove or alter the "Luckyminer" label on the products. By providing personal data for product orders, customers agree to its processing, including transferring it to third-party providers to execute the order. "Luckyminerclub" processes personal data in accordance with data protection laws and takes measures to protect its security. Personal data will not be transferred to unrelated parties. Customers may contact "Luckyminerclub" for information or corrections.

11.Agreement Modification

Any prior commitments are superseded by these Terms and Conditions. Without prior written consent from "Luckyminerclub", customers may not transfer or mortgage their rights and obligations. "Luckyminerclub" may modify this Agreement, and the revised agreement will apply to orders submitted after publication.

12.Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is interpreted and applied in accordance with Chinese law, without considering conflicts of law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If not resolved within 15 days after receiving written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Beijing. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. The losing party will bear all arbitration fees and related expenses.

13.Confidentiality

Customers must not disclose "Luckyminerclub"'s trade secrets or other confidential information to third parties during and after the agreement period.
