• Once we receive your order, Luckyminerclub will confirm it according to our procedures.
• You will receive order confirmations via email or another electronic interface. If you require a written order confirmation, please contact customer service.

8. Product Pricing

• Prices for products on the website are subject to the price list in effect on the order date. Whether the product price includes taxes, duties, or other fees depends on what is displayed on the page.
• For customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia, all import duties and taxes are included in the price (no hidden charges).

9. Payment Terms

We accept payments via PayPal only. Full payment must be made in advance for us to process your order.

If payment is not received within the typical processing time, we reserve the right to:

• (1) Suspend delivery of undelivered orders until payment is received, or
• (2) Terminate the Agreement.

10. Delivery Terms

10.1 Delivery Address

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Customers cannot refuse products, cancel orders, or request compensation for delivery delays.

10.2 Delivery Time

• In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment and order confirmation.
• Products that require restocking will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
• Customized or repaired products will be shipped after a 2-day testing period. For large orders, the testing time may be longer, and delivery will be arranged as soon as possible.

11. After-Sales Policy and After-Sales Time

11.1 After-Sales Policy

If there are issues with your products after delivery, notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will provide solutions based on the nature of the issue:

• (1) If the wrong product was sent or it is out of stock, we will send the correct product.
• (2) If the product is damaged during transportation, we will send a replacement.
• (3) For damaged low-value products, we will send a replacement; for high-value items, we will arrange repairs at the nearest service center.

We do not provide after-sales service for products that are damaged due to unauthorized disassembly.

11.2 After-Sales Time

• For general products, we will confirm the issue within 2 days and inform you of the solution. If reshipment is required, we will process it within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
• If the product has technical issues confirmed remotely, we will notify you within 2 days and arrange for it to be sent to the nearest service center for repair.

12. Warranty

12.1 Warranty Scope

• We provide warranty services for delivered products. Damages caused by improper use or unauthorized actions are not covered.
• Customers must inspect the product upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 3 days. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

12.2 Customer Obligations

Customers must ensure the product is used as per the specifications and instructions. Products are intended for indoor use only. We are not liable for defects resulting from improper handling.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Remedies for Warranty Claims

• Our liability is limited to the warranty provided. The sole remedy for warranty claims is a product replacement or repair.
• Customer complaints must be raised within the specified time; otherwise, the right to claim will be waived.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the single product that caused the issue. We are not liable for indirect or special damages (e.g., production losses, profit losses).

14. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., strikes, floods, wars, transportation disruptions), we may extend the delivery time or cancel the order without liability.

15. Termination

If the customer violates these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice, we may terminate the Agreement.

We may also terminate the Agreement immediately if the customer:

• (1) Ceases business activities;
• (2) Suspends payments;
• (3) Enters liquidation or reorganization;
• (4) Begins settlement negotiations with creditors;
• (5) Is insolvent for any reason.

16. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and product names on our website are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written consent, you may not use or copy these elements.

17. Agreement Modification

These Terms supersede any prior agreements. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may modify these Terms, and the revised version will apply to orders submitted after publication.

18. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Chinese law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 15 days, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Beijing. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.

19. Confidentiality

You must not disclose any confidential information, including trade secrets, to third parties during or after the Agreement.
